Why this exists
Iran's week runs Saturday to Wednesday and Friday is off — so a “Friday call” never works, and the overlap with a Monday-to-Friday week is narrower than the clocks suggest. Iran also keeps one offset all year while Europe and North America shift twice, so the gap itself changes with the seasons. The dial shows all of it at once.
What this page assumes
Working hours are taken as 09:00–17:00 on both sides, and your week as Monday to Friday. Thursday in Iran is genuinely contested — much of the public sector treats it as off and much of the private sector works a half day — so it is yours to set above, and the dial follows your choice. Real hours vary by employer, sector and season; this describes a common shape, not anybody's particular week.
